Thomas Mitchell, Founder & CEO
Mr. Mitchell is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of ActSoft, Inc. Prior to starting ActSoft, Mr. Mitchell spent 12 years working for Lincoln Property Company. He held various positions and left the company as Vice President and Southeast Division Controller. During his tenure with LPC, he designed and implemented many computer automation projects. He was the first to introduce computers to their apartment sites to run their leasing business.

Mr. Mitchell started ActSoft in 1996, as a custom software company, looking for a niche market to enter. Quickly they seized an opportunity in the transportation space servicing same day delivery companies. Tom was instrumental in developing a relationship with Nextel in 2000 that has grown into one of Sprint Nextel’s top Solution Providers. He has diligently sought and placed strategic managers in the organization that now boasts nearly 70 employees.

Mr. Mitchell is a high honors graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Building Construction.
