“Mr. Hall,

I wanted to take a couple of moments to complement you on one of your employees.

Darlene Johnson went out of her way to be helpful in the past with the installation of my new comet tracker when our IT department wanted to get my comet tracker on the server with several other departments.

I have been using your software for as long as we have had the account 2397. I love to show people new things when they have an interest and am quick to notice when they don't. For example: I am excited about comet tracker and want to show everyone how to work it but they want me to do it for them. I also ask a lot of questions one right after another which can be difficult for even the best customer service people.

Darlene Johnson has shown an interest in helping me learn what I wanted to learn since the first day that I spoke with her. At least that is my perception, she could be an academy award winning actress but then she would be rich and famous which she is not. She has been professional, suffered my jokes and exceeded my expectations on more than one occasion.

I am the transportation manager here at Goodwill-Suncoast and have been with the organization for 20 years. I have dealt with sales people, donors, drivers, store managers, you name it. Darlene is the first person besides my boss, Kym Bandy who answered my questions enthusiastically. I kid you not, she exceeded my expectations yesterday and solved a problem that would have taken me months to do.

“Kyle/Scotty,

I wanted to personally congratulate you on hiring such an outstanding Comet Tracker technician! I have worked with many over the years and Matt is committed, knowledgeable and patient.

Today one of BDS' most elderly drivers lost Comet Tracker on his i355. I soon called on Matt to resend the application. We discussed the situation briefly and he offered to conference in the elderly driver in order to help download the application. This was 10 minutes before he was to end his day at Actsoft.

I could not have navigated some of the process without Matt's assistance. What took Matt thirty minutes to complete would have been another hour or more for me. In total, I spent two hours working with this kindly driver that did not grow up with a TV remote control least of all a computer. Matt made my day by taking control and patiently maneuvering our driver through the prompts.

Matt is a rare commodity taking both ownership and pride in his work. What a great reflection on Actsoft as a company! If ever Matt should decide to change careers and would not mind moving to Texas, he would be a welcome addition to the BDS staff.

Hiring the right person for the job is always a challenge and it is my pleasure to admire your choice.
