Microsoft MapPoint in OMD Vision

OMD Vision has been enhanced to accept the information for Global Positioning System provided by ActSoft Inc. with their extensive GPS program called Comet Tracker. Utilized in conjunction with Microsoft MapPoint 2004 the dealerships dispatch management team will be aware of the exact physical location of all service technicians and all open service calls. With the OMD Vision Service Module the dispatcher will have the ability to locate the nearest technician for each and every call, email out directions, track mileage, review routing, and track travel times, along with new extensive reporting that will increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.
