Xirgo Setup

Setup instructions for tracking devices:

  1. Install the device in its location.  See manufacturer instructions below.

  3. Verify the device is tracking by checking the live view map – https://workforce.actsoft.com/training/knowledge-base/view-current-location/

Xirgo Device LED Light Meanings

Green LED Light Meanings:

  • If the LED is green and holding solid, GPS capabilities are enabled.
  • If no light is on, GPS capabilities are not enabled.
  • If the LED light is green and holding solid, GPS capabilities are not locked.
  • If the LED light is green and flashing at a medium pace, GPS capabilities are locked.

Blue LED Light Meanings:

  • If the LED is off, GSM is not registered.
  • If the LED is blue and flashing at a medium pace, GSM is registered.
  • If the LED is off, GSM is off.

Amber LED Light Meanings:

  • If the LED is amber and flashing at a medium pace, the “Default” state is enabled.
  • If the LED is amber and flashes quickly after a trip’s end, but then switches to flash at a slow pace, the “Trip End” state is enabled.
  • If the LED is amber and holding solid, the “Trip Start” state is enabled.
