Scenario: An electrical company used Salesforce to manage their customer relationships and client data. They also used TeamWherx™, our workforce management application, to process and dispatch out work order data to their electricians on staff. They grew tired of having to create the same client profiles twice in total (one in each respective application).
Solution: Thanks to an integration between TeamWherx™ and Salesforce, the electrical company could automatically generate new clients in our platform, based off previously entered client data in Salesforce.

They’re reducing the amount of manual data entry their dispatchers have to perform, and their electricians can be provided with valuable client information quicker that allows them to handle more repairs and installations daily.
