Scenario: A plumbing company required a way for images submitted via our software’s Public Forms feature to be automatically available to their corresponding work orders. These images would show what repairs were required for certain types of plumbing work.

Solution: After uploading the images to Dropbox, “share links” could then be generated and added to the service fields of each respective work order in our software. Their plumbers (the end users) could then see the images and have a better idea of how to fix any problems from the get-go.

Impact: As a result of using our platform and Dropbox together, the plumbing company provides faster, more thorough service to their customers (with fewer questions asked). They can enhance their level of quality control by making work easier for their plumbers, as well as gain more time back each day to secure new business and follow through on existing requests.
