Scenario: A car cleaning company needed a way to automatically generate new client appointments in Google Calendar whenever they created these in our application. This would help them save time, prevent manual data entry, and ultimately schedule and complete more car cleaning jobs.

Solution: With our API, new appointments were automatically generated in the car cleaning company’s Google Calendar account, based off the preliminary orders created in our solution’s web portal. Information attached to each work order included name of the customer, which employee it had been assigned to, and the work order’s beginning and ending times.

Impact: Duplicate data entry was eliminated, allowing the business to help free up their back-office team and focus more on more impactful projects. They were able to increase the capacity of their organization to complete more car cleaning jobs and run a more efficient operation overall.
