Scenario: A painting business using Salesforce to manage its customer relationships also used our software platform to dispatch out new work orders to their painters each day. They wanted a way to easily create new clients in our application whenever new contacts were first created in Salesforce.

Solution: The integration enabled new customers to automatically be generated in our solution (based off data from their Salesforce account). This automation made it easier for the painting business to manage work orders and customer data.

Impact: Through this process, the painting business experienced a drastic reduction in manual data entry. This enabled their office-based processes to become more efficient, productive, and streamlined.
